Wall and Ceiling Batts supply and installation

Pink fiberglass Batts are insulation designed for the walls and ceilings in houses and commercial buildings.

The average R Values requested are 1.8, 2.2, 2.6, 3.2, and 3.6.
 R Values greater than 3.6 are available on request. 

Woolen products are available on request

Pumped in Ceiling Insulation

Rockwool is a heavy duty industrial insulation that can be pumped into tight spaces offers longevity and reasonable R vales.

Under floor Insulation

Sisalation 421 foil R Value 1.1
A foil breather Building paper which when fixed over floor joists moves the due point away from the floor and lifts the R Value for heat loss.

Insulbubble Silver R Value 2.1
A foil paper either side of a plastic air pocket (similar to bubble wrap in appearance) which when fixed over floor joists moves the due point away from the floor and lifts the R Value for heat loss.

Coseyfloor (Foilfaced fiberglass Batts) R Value 1.3 – 1.8 – 2.2 are available.
A foil breather Building paper with fiberglass fitted which when fixed between floor joists moves the due point away from the floor and lifts the R Value for heat loss.

Polystyrene underfloor R Value 1.3
Polystyrene is a foam insulation which is fitted between floor joists moves the due point away from the floor and lifts the R Value for heat loss.

Insulation mainly used on commercial building projects.

Building Insulation Blanket

Building Insulation Blanket (B.I.B). The blankets are available in 50mm, 75mm and 95mm and can be supplied with a foil vapour barrier applied.
(This product is known as Foil Faced Building Insulation Blanket).

BIB is designed for use under roofing and floor slabs to provide thermal insulation within the building. BIB has Early Fire Hazard Indices of 0.0.0.0.as tested under AS1530 Part3, 1989.

STYRODUR

Styrodour is a green extruded CFC free polystyrene rigid foam board with good thermal insulation, low water absorption and high compressive strength. It is flame retardant and free of CFCs and has a Maximum service temperature 75 C
Available in Square edges, rebated, or tongue & groove

USES: Membrane roofs, park decks, terrace roofs, roof      gardens, retrofit roofs, ceilings, floors. Insulated cladding. Insulation for agricultural buildings, poultry sheds, cool rooms, piggeries.

Factoryliner

Factoryliner is a thermal insulation and is intended for use as a wall and ceiling lining in manufacturing, warehousing, servicing and some commercial areas. Factoryliner dose not have a decorative or architectural finish
Factoryliner absorbs sound energy reducing noise levels and can be used as a vapour barrier. Factoryliner is foil faced on one side.     


 

Ductwrap

Ductwrap insulates hot or cold air sheetmetal ducts in residential or commercial heating and air conditioning. Ductwrap is a flexible product suitable for flat, curved or unusual shapes. Ductwrap comes with or without foil a facing.

Fiberglass Preformed Pipe Sections

Fiberglass Preformed Pipe Sections are a thermal insulation product for use on pipes with temperatures ranging from 2°C to 450°C.

Centurylon Pipe Sections

Centurylon Pipe Sections is a flexible, closed cell thermal insulation designed for insulating heating lines, Centurylon prevents condensation on cold lines to -40°C. up to 105°C. Centurylon. Centurylon has a fire Indices 0,0,0,5 as Tested to AS1530 part 3 1989 Centurylon Insulation is available in pipe, sheet and rolls.
