Excel manages large property maintenance contract covering scheduled and reactive maintenance, minor new works and projects.

For asbestos removal work we have engaged the services of All Asbestos and Insulation Ltd.

In 2005 we became aware of a maintenance problem that required the removal of asbestos pipe insulation, repairs to the pipe line then re-insulating the entire pipe line with approved material. We obtained a number of prices from approved contractors. All asbestos impressed us with their promptness in responding our initial enquiry, their assessment of the problem and taking of samples for testing. This and their competitive quotation convinced us we should award the contract to them. They established themselves on site very quickly and provided excellent advice to ourselves and our client and most importantly ensured the building could continue to function whilst the asbestos was removed. They were very willing and capable on a project that provided cramped, unpleasant working conditions.

Since that time we have contracted to them exclusively and have never been disappointed with their responsiveness, their advice or their ability to complete difficult to complete difficult projects without a fuss or inconvenience, and in a prompt, efficient manor. The quality of their work has never been questioned and they have always achieved the required outcomes, including independent sign off of air quality tests.

We have found Mike and Chad to be very knowledgeable in this area, trustworthy in the advice they give, and always honouring their commitments. They have availed themselves to take samples or to asses a potential problem, quite often with minimal advanced warning.
